Pranathi 2K26

Pranathi 2K26, the annual cultural fest of our college, was a magnificent two-day celebration of talent, creativity, and togetherness. Organized with great enthusiasm and dedication, the fest brought together students from various departments and institutions, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement, learning, and cultural vibrancy.

Inauguration Ceremony – Pranathi 2K26
The grand inauguration of Pranathi 2K26, the annual cultural fest of Jyothy Institute of Technology, marked the beginning of two days filled with enthusiasm, creativity, and celebration. The event was inaugurated by renowned Kannada actor Srinath and distinguished entrepreneur Shravanan, whose presence added prestige and inspiration to the occasion.

Preparation Towards Pranathi 2K26
The preparations for Pranathi 2K26 began several weeks in advance with the formation of organizing committees and volunteer teams. Students and faculty members worked together to plan events, arrange venues, manage registrations, secure sponsorships, and promote the fest. The campus was decorated, event schedules were finalized, and rehearsals were conducted to ensure smooth execution. The dedication and teamwork of the organizers, volunteers, and faculty contributed significantly to the grand success of the fest.

The success of Pranathi 2K26 was greatly supported by the dedicated efforts and guidance of the faculty coordinators. Under the leadership of Dr. Kishore G R (Chief Coordinator) and Dr. Madhu B R (Coordinator), the organizing team received constant encouragement and direction throughout the planning and execution of the fest. Along with Mr. Srinidhi Kulkarni, Mr. Nagaraj A, Mr. Ganesh C R, Mr. Dayananda L N, and Mr. Rakesh P, the faculty team played a crucial role in coordinating various activities, supervising student committees, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth conduct of all events. Their continuous support, valuable guidance, and commitment helped create a vibrant and successful cultural fest, making Pranathi 2K26 a memorable experience for all participants and attendees.

Budget and Financial Management
A total budget of approximately ₹23 Lakhs was allocated for the successful organization of Pranathi 2K26. The budget was utilized for various aspects of the fest, including stage setup, sound and lighting systems, decorations, hospitality, publicity, event materials, prizes, certificates, security arrangements, and other logistical requirements. The organizing committee, along with the faculty coordinators and student coordinators, ensured effective planning and utilization of resources. Support from sponsors, management, and well-wishers played a significant role in meeting the financial requirements of the event. Through careful budgeting and resource management, Pranathi 2K26 was conducted successfully, providing participants and visitors with a memorable and well-organized experience.

Convener and Co-Convener
Manohar N (CSE, 8th Semester), Convener, and Priyanka T S (ISE, 6th Semester), Co-Convener, played a pivotal role in the successful organization of Pranathi 2K26. They worked tirelessly in planning, coordinating, and executing various events and activities of the fest. From managing organizing committees and volunteers to overseeing event schedules and participant coordination, their dedication, leadership, and teamwork ensured the smooth conduct of the two-day celebration. Their commitment and continuous efforts significantly contributed to making Pranathi 2K26 a grand success and a memorable experience for all participants and attendees.

Star Night – Celebrity Guest and Musical Concert
One of the biggest highlights of Pranathi 2K26 was the grand Star Night held on 17th May 2026, which attracted an overwhelming audience and created an electrifying atmosphere on campus. The evening was graced by popular Kannada actor Dhanveer Gowda as the Chief Guest, whose presence added glamour and excitement to the celebrations.
Addressing the students, Dhanveer encouraged young minds to pursue their dreams withconfidence, dedication, and perseverance. His interaction with the audience was met with great enthusiasm and appreciation from students and guests.
The highlight of the evening was the spectacular live musical concert by renowned playback singer Rajesh Krishnan. His soulful performance captivated the audience as he rendered several popular Kannada melodies and evergreen hits. Students, faculty members, alumni, and visitors enthusiastically participated in the musical celebration, making it one of the most memorable moments of the fest.
