Purandara and Kanaka Smarane

Purandara and Kanaka Smarane event was conducted under the banner of KALAMILANA on 05-11-2025 from 03.00 to 04.15 PM, at the JIT Auditorium, Jyothy Institute of Technology. Around 10 students comprising of Vocalists, Tabla artists, Key board artists, Bharathanatyam dancers performed in the event by singing the compositions of Purandaradasa and Kanakadasa.

The event was well appreciated by faculty members and students’ community.

The artists were honoured with appreciation letter and mementos by Sri. Narasimhan, Trustee, JCT and
Dr. Gopalakrishna, Principal, JIT.

We thank Principal and the Management for supporting us to conduct this event.
Light refreshments was provided to the attendees and artists after the event.

We thank all the JIT cultural committee members for helping us to conduct this event.
We thank all the attendees who have made this function a grand success.
