National Service Scheme

NSS Unit of JIT is chaired by our Principal (Chairman of NSS), who is assisted by the NSS Programme coordinator and representatives from all Programs. The office bearer and the student volunteer have been ridiculously working towards the upliftment of society needs for better tomorrow. Conduction of NSS regular and NSS Special activities shapes the personality of the individual towards meeting the society needs and nation building.The objective of NSS is toeducate the community service and community service through education.

Report of NSS Special Activity:

Adopted Tataguni as the Village limits. Identified Government School in the village limits to improve and develop. Conducted 7 Days Camp Programme in the village limits (adopted) around 80 students volunteer’s have participated in the special camp.

Details of Programme

Event beginswith the morning NSS prayer.Cleanathon activity, Fresh up continued with breakfast. Lunch / NSS events / ends by evening prayer.

Day one Student volunteer’s gave awareness to all school children about cleanliness.

Day two conducted cleanaton activity in the entire campus,

Day 3 Plantation of saplings in school premises

Day 4 Facilitated sport activities for all the Govt. School children at JIT campus

Day 5 Painting of all the black boards in the school limits

Day 6 Conducted Computer training on basics /Quiz competition for 7^th std. students

Day 7 Awareness on how to keep our surrounding and tidy for School children’s .
