Dr.  Chethana K, Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, received his doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in the year 2017.  She has studied M. Tech. in Digital Communication and Networking from S.J.C Institute of Technology, Chickaballapur affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka in 2005 and 2007. and BE in Electronics and Communication  Engineering from S.J.C Institute of Technology, Chickaballapur, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka in 2001 and 2005. She has 5 years of Full Time Research experience at IISc, Bangalore and 10 years of academic and Research experience. She has published more than 30 research papers in various International journals/conference/book chapters.  She has four Funded Projected his name from various Government agencies like ISRO, DST ect. She is Conducting Student Internship for various colleges. She builds Optical Sensors Lab and carrying different collaboration projects. She is life member in ISTE and also IEEE member. She will be a chairperson for various conferences.
