Event Summary The Training & Placement Cell, in association with the Basic Sciences Department, organized an Alumni-Led Engagement Session on Web Development for the 2029 Batch (Second Semester Students).

The programme was conducted with the objective of providing students with early exposure to emerging technologies, industry expectations, and career opportunities in the field of software development.

Eight distinguished alumni from reputed organizations such as Cognizant, Infosys, HCL Tech, Techcanopy, Empulse Global, and Shyena Solutions interacted with approximately 400 students and shared their professional experiences, technical expertise, and career journeys.

The session introduced students to the fundamentals of web development, industry practices, and the importance of continuous learning and skill enhancement from the early stages of engineering education.

Attendance Approximately 400 students of the 2029 Batch (Second Semester) attended the programme.
Outcome The programme enabled students to gain a clear understanding of web development fundamentals, software industry trends, and the skills required for a successful career in technology.

Students were exposed to practical industry perspectives, project development practices, and career growth opportunities. The session motivated participants to begin their technical learning journey early and develop a structured roadmap for skill enhancement and professional development.
