Technical Talkon Building Integrated Photovoltaic (Bipv) And Road/Rail Integrated Photovoltaic (Ripv)

The Department of Civil Engineering at Jyothy Institute of Technology organized a Technical talk titled “Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) and Road/Rail Integrated Photovoltaic (RIPV)” on 27^th May 2026. The session was led by Mr. Paresh N R, Assistant Manager, Grant Thornton and Mr. Varun Singh, GIZ India.

During the session, he shared valuable insights into integrated solar technologies, their applications in buildings and transportation infrastructure, and growing role of renewable energy in sustainable development. This talk providing a exposure to students with the technologies and sustainable engineering practices.
