Mr. Shantiram Nepal, Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, has submitted his Ph.D. thesis at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), West Bengal in December 2024. He received his M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh in 2017 and B.Tech in the same discipline from Nagaland University in 2015. He has over 6 years of research experience, having worked as a Junior Research Fellow and later as a Senior Research Fellow in a DST-sponsored project on liquid crystal-based electro-optic modulators at Siliguri Institute of Technology.
