Dr.  Kishore G R, Associate Professor and HoD in the Department of Information Science and Engineering, received his doctoral degree from Jain University, Bangalore in the year 2021.  He has studied M. Tech. in Digital Electronics from SSIT, Tumkur and BE in Information Science and Engineering from CIT Gubbi , Tumkur, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka in 2010 and 2012 respectively.  He has 12 years of academic experience and 6 years of research experience. He has published 20 research papers in various International journals.  He has one copy rights in his name. He is life member in CSI, ISTE.  He has reviewed several research articles for reputed journals and international conferences. He is a main cultural coordinator for pranathi Fest.  He is a co-ordinator for international Gameathon event. He has participated in various faculty development programs and conducted value addition programs. He delivered more than 25 tech talks in various college and industries. He received grant at KSCST government projects. He is Attended more than 10 events as a jury in various tech event. The expertise of Professor lies in the arena of Digital Electronics and its applications. He has made immense contributions by publishing many top notch bio informatics research papers. He has worked as a guide for many state and national level hackathons and several platforms to submit projects and has received immense appreciation. He is guiding 3 Research scholars (Ph.D.) under VTU
